The part where you body starts hating junk food I actually true , I started eating healthier and exercising more and , around my 3rd week I ate a mcgriddle from McDonalds and my stomach didnt like it at all . I started at 185 now I’m at 158
So basically she ate 1600 calories and exercised away 600 calories for 4 out of the 7 day week, giving her a 2lb (or more) a week deficit. That’s roughly 40-50 lbs in 5 months. This is a good and safe way to lose weight. 🙂 I will take up the suggestion to do spin classes! Sounds fun.
You checking your scale only once a month was a great thing to hear since we can get obsessive checking everyday. So thank you!
I started my weight loss journey in January and I am three months in and I’ve lost almost 20 pounds. I started at 161 and currently I am at 142 pounds. Personally, I have three different goal weights, just because I don’t know how I will look. My first goal is 130, my second is 120 and my final weight loss goal would be 110. I expected to lose all 30 pounds in three months, but it didn’t happen- i just keep pushing and I know everyone losses weight at different levels, but i hope by june i will weigh 120. I will do a monthly update
They cancelin school for the rest of the school year for me and instead of starting back in August they sayin we startin back in September, It’s gonna be freshman year , I’m tryna come back stunting , especially cuz I got bullied a lot mainly about my weight since most of my school is skinny/slim
(I’m 14))
(Honestly I forgot ab this comment lol)
Update 1: when I started quarantine I was around 185.3 but now I’m 160.0, so ever since we’ve started quarantine, my mom started making us do hour exercises mon-fri ( we do house exercise Tuesday and Thursday and then we walk/jog or maybe run on Monday Wednesday and Friday )I also started eating only when I’m hungry (which I barely get hungry)so I only eat maybe twice a day between 12pm and 8 pm which is breakfast (either oatmeal or an apple ) and dinner (which is whatever my mom cooks at 6 but I eat smaller portions )and I may snack a lil bit (maybe either a small bag of chips or sum crackers or fruit (I love making kale chips )anyways I know I’m getting lazy at this but I have a lot of friends who were…bigger (than me)but I haven’t seen them in a while and when I see them they’ve had a drastic weight loss which is my inspiration
Small update: I haven’t checked my weight in a while since the batteries for our scale went out and my mom is yet to buy another one , but I feel like I’m really stepping up Bc my mom is now being forced to go back to work (she’s a dental assistant)and gets home around 6 so we aren’t really doing the exercises anymore and starting to walk less and less , so I just started doing the chloe ting 2 week shred but instead I’m jus gonna try to do it over and over til quarantine is over , and even if I’m now where I wanna be by time it is over , I’m still gonna continue , this is just a head start , also I’m starting to get really good at eating less(only when I’m hungry and portion control , also I’m still doing intermittent fasting (12-8)
1. Do it for yourself (dont be stress)
2. Consistent (do not give up)
3. Eating healthy (after 2 or 3 weeks it gotta be easier)
4. Limiting my portions (cutting out soda, cuting out restaurant food) step by step. Then yout body gotta reject unhealthy food
5. Counting calories (any request app?)
6. Exercising(with group is the best for your mental health)
7. Checked the scale once in month
8. Do not beating yourself!
y’all must watch for more information. This video is so amazing. Dont thank me. Just like lol
By following these methods, I have already lost 32 pounds since January 25, 2020, starting at 265 pounds. This is not just about dieting, for me it is a life-saving lifestyle! I’m going for the next 30 pounds!
Exactly the same , when I got into a relationship at 17 I started eating worse and drinking more under their influence, then when I went to university it got worse , I’m 160lbs at 19 which I know doesn’t sound obese but I’m only 4”11. After we broke up I was super depressed and didn’t eat , going down 20lbs before gaining it quickly back to a steady 175, quarantine has been the perfect chance to loose weight and currently I’m 15lbs down 🙂 ngl I have drastically cut my calories but that’s just personal to me as my resting metabolic rate is only 1100, I walk for 1-3 hours a day and I do strength building/ stretching workouts. Unfortunately I am one of those people who finds it super difficult to loose weight but I feel like I’m finally in the place mentally and financially to keep this up, I play football at university, I take yoga and Pilates classes and dont rely on getting fucked up as much to have fun ( thanks Uk drinking culture). BUT STAY POSITIVE!!!!! You can do it, count your calories ( I really recommend lifesum app ), don’t drink alcohol, commit yourself to exercise either by joining a sports club/classes or telling people about it to hold you to account if you make any mistakes, you don’t need to go to the gym to loose weight there are loads of great workouts online (chloe ting, joe wicks) and don’t give up, ever !!!!!
Starting weight: 210 lbs
Current weight: 185 lbs
Goal weight: 130 lbs
It’s been tough but I’m trying my best to stick with it ♡
I noticed that I started gaining weight last year. I had always been between 131 and 139 lbs. So, the gaining weight with the quarantine combined, I ended up at 175 lbs! Never in my life have I been this heavy. It makes me so sad, but knowing that others can do it makes me so motivated to lose it.
